Terms and Conditions

The service

Web Edition Ltd creates the first version of your website free of charge and with no obligation. If you choose to proceed, we complete and launch your website for a one-off fee of £250, followed by £99 per month for hosting, technical management and support.

Term and cancellation

The monthly service has an initial term of 24 months, then continues on a rolling monthly basis. After the initial term you may cancel with 30 days’ written notice to hello@webedition.co.uk.

What’s included

The monthly fee includes hosting, SSL, domain connection, forms, basic SEO setup, analytics and reasonable content updates. Additional pages, redesign work and special functionality are quoted separately before any work begins.

Ownership

On payment of the launch fee, the design and content we create for your website belong to you. Your domain remains in your name and control at all times. Third-party software and platform licences remain with their respective owners.

Payment and liability

Monthly fees are payable in advance. If payment fails and is not resolved within 14 days, we may suspend the service. Our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
